Multi-Language Content Scaling
We developed Satrangi Toli in multiple Indian languages for distribution across 7 states โ a content localization operation requiring deep cultural nuance and robust technical infrastructure at scale.
We don't use technology to produce content faster. We use it to tell stories that were never possible before โ and to reach audiences who were never reachable before.
At Kahaani Wale, we believe the same technological innovations shaping the global media industry โ AI-generated imagery, immersive narrative environments, data-driven content personalization, and scalable digital distribution โ should be in service of the world's most important causes. Our technology investments are strategic tools for reaching harder audiences, driving deeper behavior change, and demonstrating impact at a scale that traditional media production cannot achieve.
Our founder Aman Kaleem has been at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence into storytelling. Her award-winning feature film "Girls" โ which garnered fifteen Best Sci-Fi awards at prestigious international film festivals โ was developed using groundbreaking AI storytelling techniques at MIT's Media Lab.
The film demonstrates what becomes possible when advanced technology serves authentic human narrative โ stories that feel deeply human, yet are shaped and amplified by tools no previous generation of storytellers had access to.
This pioneering work informs everything we do at Kahaani Wale. We apply AI-assisted production methods to reduce cost and timeline without sacrificing quality โ enabling more content, and better content, for organizations working on tight budgets and urgent timelines.
Impact organizations face a unique challenge: communicate to diverse audiences across enormous geographies โ in multiple languages, across multiple literacy levels, via multiple platforms โ with resources a fraction of what commercial brands deploy. We built our technology practice specifically to solve this problem.
We developed Satrangi Toli in multiple Indian languages for distribution across 7 states โ a content localization operation requiring deep cultural nuance and robust technical infrastructure at scale.
Our instructional design work is built for contexts where it's needed most โ communities with limited internet access, low device penetration, and multilingual learner populations. We engineer solutions that work offline and on low-end devices.
We apply established behavioral science frameworks โ positive deviance, social proof, narrative transportation theory โ within technology-enabled content. Our goal is never just for audiences to watch, but to change their behavior as a result.
We don't just produce. We measure. Our impact story reports โ including a comprehensive report for Niti Aayog covering 36 behavior change practices across 115 aspirational districts โ demonstrate our commitment to evidence and accountability.
Drawing from our founder's work at MIT's Media Lab and Harvard University, we bring AI tools into our production pipeline โ from research synthesis and script iteration to visual generation and localization. Technology that amplifies human creativity, never replaces it.
We actively seek technology partnerships with companies whose tools can be deployed in service of social impact. If you build platforms, distribution infrastructure, AI tools, or analytics capabilities that could enhance the reach and effectiveness of impact communication โ we want to talk.
Explore Partnerships โLet's build it together.
